Summary: The ACNS0333 study by the Children’s Oncology Group found that high-dose chemotherapy plus 3D conformal radiation for atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor resulted in dramatically improved survival compared with historical therapies (for children three years or younger HR 0.43; p<0.0005).
