Summary: A phase 3 study at Sun Yat-sen University (Guangzhou) randomized patients with HCC and microvascular invasion after hepatectomy to transarterial infusion of FOLFOX or no adjuvant treatment. The 6-, 12-, and 18-months OS rates were 100%, 98% and 98% with transarterial infusion and 95%, 90%, and 79% without adjuvant treatment.
