De mediane follow-up was 19 maanden (range 3-52).

Summary: A study at Moffitt Cancer Center (Tampa, FL) found that high-dose IMRT, plus concurrent platinum-based chemotherapy in 85% of patients, for advanced vulvar squamous cell carcinoma resulted in complete response in 80.7% of patients, with one-year local, regional, and distant control in 74.4%, 85.4%, and 86%, respectively. Grade 3 or 4 late toxicity was seen in 19%. The two-year overall survival was 62%.
