Tijdens mediaan 5,1 jaar follow-up (range 0,7-10,0) ontwikkelden 162 CCSs (11,1%) graad 2 of hoger cardiomyopathie.

Summary: Analysis among participants of the St Jude Lifetime Cohort found that among survivors of childhood cancer exposed to cardiotoxic therapy, GLS and NT-proBNP should be considered for improved identification of survivors at high risk for future cardiomyopathy.
