De mediane follow-up was 19,6 maanden.

Summary: A multicenter phase 1 trial in the USA found that among patients with newly diagnosed glioblastoma, the combination of ipilimumab and nivolumab after resection and completion of standard radiochemotherapy was safe and tolerable, resulting in median progression-free survival and overall survival of 16.1 months and 20.7 months, respectively.
