De mediane follow-up was 7,1 jaar (range 1,1 tot 14,1 jaar). Propensity score-matching resulteerde in 171 gematchte paren zonder significante verschillen in klinische factoren.

Summary: A study at Seoul National University Hospital showed that addition of trastuzumab to adjuvant radiotherapy and cytoxic chemotherapy resulted in improved locoregional control in HER2 overexpressing breast cancer.
